You don’t have to be flexible… over time, yoga can do that for you! Yoga creates a connection with ourselves and the present moment. The benefits of a regular practice include: improved focus and mobility, stress and tension relief, lower blood pressure, improved sleep, and can help create a sense of overall well-being.
Studio Guidelines & Etiquitte
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before scheduled class time
- Stay until the end – savor the Savasana!
- Be kind and mindful of your fellow yogis
- No phones permitted during class
- Shoes off at the door
- Skip scents and lotions
- Leave valuables in your car
- Yoga is best on an empty stomach
- Talk to your teacher about any injuries
On July 23rd, 2018, we lovingly adopted the Moonglow Yoga family. This is an amazing opportunity for us, and we’re thrilled to be on the journey with you. We are dedicated to honoring this beautiful life and everyone that passes through it.
