I’ll never forget my first yoga class and teacher. It was the smallest space filled with sweat in the small town of Ohiopyle with Yogi Wade. I did not think I would make it through but somehow I did and to top it off, I didn’t worry about work or anything else at all the entire class! This started the love and soon I was able to create time for myself and others through yoga and knew it was something I wanted to share! For me it’s the perfect opportunity to clear out anything that isn’t serving you and to create space. Every practice can be an opportunity to be challenged physically, mentally, emotionally and also to be held, nurtured and loved in those same categories as well as so much more. It’s the perfect chance for everybody to tune everything else out and tune in to YOU.

When you roll out your mat in my class, you can always expect to be guided in a way that I have been practicing on my own. My classes are usually a blend of power vinyasa and yin with focus on alignment and breath. I love to allow time for play on the mat and welcome all levels of students!
