Pilates for Me
a unique blend of Pilates and muscular endurance exercises. Traditional Pilates exercises are enhanced by utilizing the flex-band and lite dumbbells to build overall strength, promote healthier joint and spinal function, develop greater core utilization and improve coordination and flexibility. These choreographed standing and floor routines are set to music for flow and enjoyment of All Levels.

Gentle Yoga
Soft movements and easy flow focuses on elongating muscle groups, relaxation and breathing. Great for people of all ages.

Yoga Fusion
Yoga Fusion mixes just the right amount of elements together to create a workout that relieves stress, helps you gain coordination and balance, lose weight, and allows you to relax all at the same time.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised in the standard asana practices by remaining in the postures from anywhere between 5 and 20 breaths. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about.

To all students: Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class. Doors lock promptly at the time scheduled.

Please bring water and a towel to class and wear comfortable clothing. If you are a new student, please read the studio information and guidelines, and you can download the release form and bring it with you to class.

What is Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga?
A heat-based, flowing style of yoga that is both challenging and uplifting. Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga is a combination of deep breathing and specifically sequenced sets of flowing yoga postures. It has the ability to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body. This provides a healing environment, which detoxifies the body, leaving the practitioner with a feeling of health and vitality. This type of yoga offers a way to face life with a renewed personal strength. Emotionally and spiritually, you will gain an increased sense of consciousness as calmness begins to permeate your life.

You will practice in a hot room and you will sweat! In 75 minutes, you will see a transformation in yourself that you can carry throughout your day!
