Boost your mood with this class that utilizes postures, breathwork, Sanskrit sounds, and affirmations to increase your energy and calm the mind. All levels welcome. Non-heated.

Gentle Stretch Yoga
(Non-heated, Easy)
Soft movements and easy flow focuses on elongating muscle groups, relaxation and breathing. Great for adults, seniors, or teens!

Vinyasa Yoga /
Warm Beginner Yoga

(Easy/Moderate)
Learn the fundamental yoga poses, proper breathing, stretch and relax. Great for adults, seniors, or teens!

Karma Class
(Easy/Moderate)
Support our teachers-in-training by attending their classes! The class is set in the unheated room, and is geared for beginners. All Community Classes are just $5 (cash only), or pay what you can. All proceeds will be donated to the Westmoreland County Humane Society for the month of February.

Hatha Yoga
(Easy/Moderate)
Hatha Yoga combines postures (asanas) with conscious breathing and focus to develop strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Students can expect to develop body awareness and explore varied postures in a mixed-level environment. This class is set in our unheated yoga room.

Hot Hour of Power /
Hot Vinyasa Yoga

(Challenging)
An all-levels class linking movement and breath. Class begins seated with warm ups, then to standing series poses linked with sun salutations. Class are hot at a 95° temperature and humidity.

Hot Level 2 Vinyasa Yoga
(Most Challenging)
Go deeper into your practice with more advanced yoga postures such as half moon, monkey, wheel, crow and more. This class will be set in our 85° warm room.

Remember yoga is for everyone! We welcome both men and women

Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Doors are locked promptly at the scheduled time of class.

Please bring your mat, water and a towel to class.
Classes typically run 75 minutes long.
At least 2 students are needed for a class to proceed.

Passes are non-transferrable, but 5, 10 and 20 class passes can be used by family members. Visit our store to purchase online! Please note that there are no exceptions to expiration dates on passes, passes are non-transferrable, and can not be refunded.

Water bottle rental available at $1.00 per bottle.
Towel rental available at $1.00 per towel.
Mat rental available at $1.00 each.
